There are many occasions when a good cake can enhance a celebration: birthdays are not complete without a special cake with candles to blow out, nor an anniversary or christening without a cake to share with family and friends. Inspired Icing can provide all of these with special attention to the little design details which make it personal to the recipient.

Inspired Icing will create a cake to match a colour scheme, or chosen theme for the day, with hand crafted flowers to match those of the Bride or the bridesmaids’ ensemble – or even a motif to co-ordinate with your particular theme. Whatever you choose, Inspired Icing can come up with the cake of your dreams!

Inspired Icing is a new venture offering something a little bit special for the discerning Bride or those who want a cake to remember. Recently established by Tony Martin who has ten years experience making celebration cakes, Inspired Icing aims to provide an exceptional cake for the price of of the uninspired.

The Cakes around which the decoration is based are made of tried and tested recipes. We offer traditional rich fruit cake, or Madiera sponge which can be produced in a variety of flavours.

Multi tiered cakes can have different recipies for the different layers, to suit your every requirement.

Perhaps you would like a four tiered wedding cake, but do not wish to feed the five thousand! We can incorporate polystyrene dummy cakes, which, when decorated exactly the same as the "real" cakes, will be indistinguishable from the real thing.
